I had seen an exhibition of Haitian flags at UCLA on my way to Jamaica on a visit. Once there my cousin and I decided to learn how to make libation bottles, so we went searching for sequins, but all we could find were white ones. We dyed them with hair dye, and there are probably some of them on these bottles.
